My son was driving from Erie to Syracuse and his car kept losing power. He pulled into GoodYear and left the car. After running some diagnostics and letting my son know the problem. He decided the car was not worth putting the money into the car to fix and decided to scrape the car. They were very fair with him and charged him a fair price for the diagnostics. Even though they new they may never see him again, they treated him well and with a fair price for their time. Being in the car repair software business my self and visiting shops all over the country I would highly recommend this GoodYear shop
